Job Summary:
Part of the Middle Management Team, Team Lead will manage a team of specialists in Listing (GMB) and Non-SEM campaigns to help set up campaigns as per the goals and troubleshoot any issues. This role interfaces with internal customers and supports team in our international offices.
Job Description:
The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
- Oversee and manage the assigned team of Digital Marketing analysts
- Strategize and assist team in setting up new Digital Marketing campaigns which includes SEM, SEO, Facebook, Display, Listings, etc.
- Work on tools like Jira & Salesforce for smooth monitoring & assignment of daily work
- Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills and meet the defined SLA’s
- Ensure team meets its annual objectives
- Coaching, development and managing career roadmap of team members
- Resource planning to ensure capacity is maintained at optimum level
- Publish Weekly / Monthly Dashboard on SLAs / KPIs achieved
- Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments and techniques in Digital Marketing
- Incorporate constantly evolving technologies, processes, and publisher (Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing) requirements into campaign evaluation and management
- Work closely with Quality & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate and contribute in calls with International teams, operational team meets & training sessions
- Complete adhoc tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications & Experience :
- Graduate from any stream
- Overall experience of minimum 8 years
- Last 3 years in team management of at least 6 members
- Google Adwords certified

Work Timings :
- Day Shift: 09:30am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday Working)
