Job Summary:

Part of the Middle Management Team, Team Lead will manage a team of specialists in Listing (GMB) and Non-SEM campaigns to help set up campaigns as per the goals and troubleshoot any issues. This role interfaces with internal customers and supports team in our international offices.
The focus of the role is to drive revenue recognition by ensuring that the campaigns are set up within the timelines set along with creating monthly reports and stakeholder management. 

Job Description:

The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

  •  Build and maintain strong interpersonal client relationships
  •  Conduct regular review calls with clients to discuss Listing’s campaign performance
  •  Develop and maintain product and platform knowledge by participating and engaging in regular team meetings and training
  •  Work on tools like Salesforce, GMB and Jira
  •  Oversee and manage the assigned team of Campaign Analysts to meet the defined objectives
  •  Measure, report, troubleshoot campaign issues and assess against KPIs set
  • Ensure team completes all task assigned and meets the SLA defined
  •  Ensure team meets its annual objectives
  •  Coaching, development and manage career roadmap of team members
  •  Complete audits for the team assigned as per sample size agreed
  •  Resource planning to ensure capacity is maintained at optimum level
  •  Publish Weekly / Monthly Dashboard on SLAs / KPIs achieved
  •  Work closely with Quality/Training/Onshore teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  •   Participate and contribute in calls with International teams, operational team meets & training sessions
  •  Look for areas of opportunity / gaps in process to improve efficiencies
  •  Complete adhoc tasks and projects as needed
  •  Work closely with the recruiting team for hiring needsclosely with Quality/Training/Onshore teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key Competencies :

  •  Prior experience of communicating via ticketing system
  •  Successfully worked with international clientele
  •  Experience in successfully transitioning new processes/work
  • Well versed with Digital Marketing techniques with proficiency in GMB Listings/SEO

Qualifications & Experience :

  •  Graduate from any stream
  •  Overall experience of minimum 8 years
  •  Last 3 years in team management of at least 6 members
  •  Experience in Digital Marketing (SEO/GMB preferred)

Work Location :

  • Mumbai – India

Work Timings :

  • Day Shift: 09:30am to 6.30 pm (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday Working)
