Job Summary :

The focus of the role is to manage the support team who is responsible for clearing daily failures and disapprovals of digital publishers like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.

  • Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills
  • Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance 
  • Maintain daily & monthly reports and timely communicate with all leaders & team 
  • Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA 
  • Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures 
  • Anticipate and track operational as well as tactical risks and providing strategic solutions
  • Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
  • Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution 
  • Manage career progression of team members
  • Collaborate with Global as well as Local support teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values

Qualifications & Experience : 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of overall experience with minimum 7 years of proven experience in an operations management position
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
