Job Summary :

The Client Operations Analyst will provide data and insights for Client Operations managers and ReachLocal key accounts. This role will enable Client Operations managers to focus on managing their teams and retaining clients while gathering the insights they need to improve their effectiveness.

Job Description :

The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

  • Analyze large sets of data and measure against historical performance.
  • Identify trends by vertical (business type), source, and other various data points.
  • Develop and deliver custom reporting for ReachLocal’s large clients.
  • Keep staffing models up-to-date based on actual company performance.
  • Provide operational reporting for management of activities based on the service package.
  • Create scripts and tools to increase the efficiency of Client Operations teams.

Key Attributes :

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong SQL and database reporting ability.
  • Strong scripting skills.
  • Ability to tease out valuable insights from data and organize those insights in a structured way.
  • Skilled in providing simplified explanations to complex or complicated concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and consultation skills.
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver reports.
  • Very strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of client needs so that they can be transformed into reports and operational requirements.

  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
  • Documenting and analyzing the required information and data.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with superior academic standing preferred
  • Ideal degree focus areas include Economics, Finance, E-Business, Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science and International Business
  • 2-3 years of related work experience

  • Goregaon East, Mumbai – India

Schedule :

  • Full-Time

Shift Timing:

  • 9:30 am-6:30 pm (Monday To Friday) including 1 Saturday working in a month
