Leading Office Operations :
Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you’ll oversee the day-to-day activities assigned pertaining to facilities. You’ll also implement checklists and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you’ll boost office operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes for overall office repairs & maintenance work. This job will also entail the question “How do I ensure the hygiene & safety of my colleagues?” You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards.
Go – to – Person :
As the facilities manager, you’ll be working frequently with Leadership Team, so you’ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you’ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the leadership team expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns for all employees.
Finance & Vendor Management :
As the person in charge, you will take care of the office’s financial operations by creating monthly budgets for office supplies & vendor bill payments. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract and at the right cost.
Competent & Goal – Driven :
Are you a graduate?, Do you have nine to twelve years’ experience of managing housekeeping & facilities in the Hotel industry? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. Likewise, experience in managing multiple responsibilities may just help you land this job. You’ll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who’s an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management, and office repair & maintenance.
Organized & Analytical :
