Job Summary:

  • Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills.
  • Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance.
  • Maintain daily & monthly reports and timely communicate with all leaders & team.
  • Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA.
  • Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Anticipate and track operational as well as tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
  • Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
  • Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
  • Manage career progression of team members.
  • Collaborate with Global as well as Local support teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
  • Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments and techniques, in paid digital search, display, and social media advertising techniques.
  • Incorporate constantly evolving technologies, processes, and publisher requirements into campaign evaluation and management (Google AdWords, Yahoo|Bing AdCenter).
