We are part of Gannett – USA Today Network, which is one of the largest-selling newspapers in North America. REACHLOCAL India specializes in two major areas: Print and Digital advertising. Graphics, imaging, pagination, and layout of print advertisements. In terms of digital advertising, we provide SEM, SEO, and social media advertising.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Analytics, Economics, or other mathematical fields preferred.
• 1-3+ years of experience with data entry, data analysis, and data visualization concepts.
• 3+ years of experience using Excel features, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables, to maximize results from large data sets.
• 1-3+ years of experience using Power BI in big data environments to create interactive dashboards and features, actionable alerting, and deep data exploration, is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own the creation of key data tables that drive direct mail channels.
• Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from multiple sources.
• Provide practical and creative solutions on large sets of data.
• Continuously monitor and improve data integrity and accuracy.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Other additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Key Skills:

• A direct background and current position with a heavy use of data entry.
• A passion for data, especially for creating efficient and scalable models in Excel and like programs.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite with mastery in Excel required.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Bi, Power Automate, and Python, a plus.
• Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving ability
• Critical thinking ability to understand root cause of issues
