Qualification: Any Graduate (B.E. / BBA / BCA / B. Tech IT / Computer Science preferred) with superior academic record
Experience: 1-3 years exp
Key Skills:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experienced in navigation of major internet advertising publishers including, but not limited to Google, Yahoo!/Bing, and Facebook
- Leverages RL technologies to be able to use return on investment (ROI) as a decision-making tool and provide analysis of relevant performance data to determine go forward actions

- Applying knowledge about current standards, policies, and processes to resolve new issues that arise as a result of new publisher relationships.

- Able to quickly identify those issues whose resolution will have the maximum positive impact on the advertising effort for our advertisers.
- Use available evidence and applied knowledge to identify patterns in issues that may point to a larger issue whose resolution would
improve overall campaign performance. - The ability to monitor budgets, understand return on investment (ROI) as a decision-making tool and select and analyze relevant data to
determine and prioritize resolution.
Job Responsibility:
- The Publisher Operations Analyst Job requires individuals with exceptional analytical focus, attention to details and technical curiosity. This role is key to the continued successful integration between ReachLocal’s proprietary platform and well-established internet publisher sites. Publisher Operations Analysts are expected to work effectively in a group setting and are measured on both the performance of the team and their impact within the team. PAOs must be flexible and be able to multitask across a variety of duties and activities.
- Manage document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to advertising efforts between ReachLocal platforms and the publishers
with which ReachLocal partners. - Identification and communication of issues to the sales and campaign services staffs.
- Assessing, documenting, and guiding sales and service staffs on publisher editorial requirements to prevent and resolve editorial issues
directly or by communicating the proper editorial standards to the advertiser and/or sales and campaign professional teams. - Daily Monitoring and analysis of platform and publisher performance to determine trends, opportunities, and problems.
- Analyze changing guidelines and API messages to maintain internal consistency with publisher requirements.
- Identify trends within internet publisher data to provide insight and opportunities for improving advertiser campaign performance.
- Communicate directly with Yahoo, MSN, Google, and other publishers when an error on their part is found, or when day to day operations deem it necessary
Desired Candidate:
- Can learn new skills and knowledge quickly.
- Good understanding of technical tools used, like ticketing, CRM software and survey methods.
- Working knowledge on HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in Web Development
- Knowledge of Internet technologies, e-Commerce process flow

- Rotational Shift (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday /month working)
