Social Media Analyst
Job Summary:
- Perform research on current Social Media benchmark trends, competitor research & audience preferences
- Design & implement Social Media strategies to align with business goal
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging original unbiased content regularly (e.g., text, images, videos, news, etc.)
- Adhering to copyright laws across all platforms
- Preparing content calendar in fixed intervals for review and publishing then evenly across platforms
- Planning and utilizing the monthly Social Media budget efficiently to achieve the set goals
- Monitor ReachLocal India website SEO, traffic metrics and utilizing Google Analytics report to plan future course of action
- Generate ideas to make the website more appealing and engaging along with ensuring that the information is up to date
- Extract data, create reports and presentations to be shared monthly with top leadership
- Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns
- Co-ordinate and assist the HR team to source the right candidates through LinkedIn or other channels for the open positions
- Collaborate with Graphics team for timely delivery of creatives
- Connect with other teams like HR, Operations, Finance, Social Events committee to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with Followers, respond to queries/comments in a timely manner
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up to date with current technologies, trends in social media and design tools
- Prioritize work effectively to meet all commitments in a timely manner
- Support additional digital marketing projects as needed
Key Skills :
- Detailed understanding of Digital Marketing
- Good understanding of Social Media Reporting (FB, LinkedIn & Instagram)
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
- Creative (Out of the box) thinking
- Hands-on experience with content management
- Decent knowledge of SEM, SEO, Keyword Research, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication, presentation & reporting skills
- Focused and detail-oriented work experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, especially Social Media
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate (Marketing preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in Digital marketing across all platforms
Shift Timings:
- General Shift – 9:30 to 18:30 (Mon to Fri + 1 Saturday Working)
Location:
- Goregaon East – Mumbai – India
