Job Summary :

• Manage the team of Operation analysts
• Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills
• Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance
• Ensure support and troubleshooting is provided for all operations
• Maintain / Prepare daily & monthly reports and timely communicate with all the leaders
• Monitoring and managing workflow
• Ensure team is achieving productivity, quality and SLA benchmarks
• Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage career progression of team members
• Do objective setting and carry out performance appraisal at the scheduled intervals
