Job Summary :

The focus of the role is to manage the campaign life cycle, drive optimization based on best practices and advertiser inputs, retain the book managed (advertiser as well as budget), and maintain quality score above benchmarks defined.

Part of the Middle Management Team, Team Leader – Marketing Operations will manage a team of specialists in SEO & SEM to help carry out the tactical approaches. This role interfaces with internal customers and supports the team in our international offices.

Job Description :

The Campaign analyst or Keyword Analyst is charged with the accurate set up of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns. The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:

• Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills
• Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance
• Maintain daily & monthly reports and timely communication with all leaders & team
• Act as a working team lead and set an example for the team
• Prioritize work effectively in order to meet all customer commitments daily
• Identify process & soft skills training needs for team members
• Manage career progression of team members
• Should be able to solve all queries from team & team members

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a superior academic record
• 1 year of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or similar role with superior performance
• Google Adwords certification
