Process Trainer
Role & Responsibilities :
- Flexible to multitask across a variety of functions as per the requirement of the
business - Design a training calendar as per the agreed timeline and conduct effective
training programs for the new hire on new Systems & products and publish
them to the core team - Liaise with on-offshore leaders/managers to determine training needs
and schedule training sessions - Extend training support from start to end transition of new processes and
markets - Support and mentor new employees and bottom performers
- Monitor employee performance and response to training
- Maintain systematic training content, market/account information, SOPs,
FAQs, new updates, etc. for all the appointed process - Create and conduct quarterly evaluations to identify areas of improvement
and publish the scores
- Attend training sessions and meeting calls with the offshore team
as communicated and participate in operational team meets if required - Conduct PKTs, refreshers, seminars, workshops, individual training sessions,
etc. For the overall development of the process as well as the employees
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-4 years of work experience
- At least1-year of exposure to training or a facilitator role
- Past experience in quality assurance or team coaching
- Graduation & or MBA (good to have but not mandatory
Note: *Shortlisted candidates will go through a case study presentation.
Location:
Goregaon East, Mumbai – India
Schedule: Full-time
Salary Range: 450000 – 550000/-
Shift timing:
2:30 pm – 11:30 pm (Monday to Friday), it’s a rotational shift with a
mix of afternoon & night shifts, including 1 Saturday working in a month
