- Monitor, track & assign work based on team member capabilities & skills.
- Communicate with internal team members on process changes & team performance.
- Maintain daily & monthly reports and timely communication with all leaders & teams.
- Prioritize work effectively in order to meet SLA.
- Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
- Anticipate and track operational as well as tactical risks and provide strategic solutions.
- Oversee and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Identify trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Manage career progression of team members.
- Collaborate with Global as well as Local support teams to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
- Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, and techniques, in paid digital search, display, and social media advertising techniques.
- Incorporate constantly evolving technologies, processes, and publisher requirements into campaign evaluation and management (Google AdWords, Yahoo|Bing AdCenter).

Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field.
- 12+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in an operations management position.
